Photos disappear

I keep running into this problem.  The photos and music appear in the timeline at bottom, but when i try to preview or play the slideshow the music plays but no photos.  This happens even with slideshows that are created with the wizard,

Please help!

I am having exactly the same issue. I have spent considerable time trying to find an answer but no information to solve the problem. Hope someone can help us!!!!

Hi,

Did you try to reset the program settings to default?

If not, in the top menu bar, click on File, Setup, Reset program settings to default.

Let us know if this helps.
