We've purchased and installed the above application on our Windows XP PC.
The PC is as clean as we think we can make it, however every so often the PC just shuts down and reboots. The only message we get could only be understood by computer geeks!
. . . . The PC is as clean as we think we can make it . . . .
Is this literally or software wise?
Random shutdowns such as this are difficult to diagnose however a possible cause is thermal shutdown caused by overheating of the processor or memory chip faults due to overheating.
Check the processor heatsink is clean and all fans are not clogged with dust and the memory chips are clear of dust - if necessary use a can of compressed air to blow them clear - beware some cans of 'compressed air' are actually gas and are flammable.
