Photo Manager 13.1.1.12 with Windows 10 not displaying imported .MOV

After importing MOV files, the file count within each folder reflects the number of videos in each folder.  When I open the folder, no videos are displayed.  I can navigate to the folder outside the application and play the videos with Magix but I still can not see any file names.  Any ideas?

Do you mean there are no preview images, just a file icon?

Depending on the MOV encoding you may need QuickTime Essentials installed.
