Permissions for Magix Music Maker

Dear Sirs at Magix.
I have been using your Music Maker products for several years now, and have been ultra pleased with the wide range of soundpools you supply, and the easy format of your project construction. I have now built up a catalogue of self penned, copywritten songs and music, which I am compiling onto my own website, soaprip.com.(still under construction).
Your products have been invaluable, and given me many hours of fun - all in the comfort of my own home. No expensive studio time involved at all, and I would whole-heartedly recommend or endorse them, regardless of the occasional glitches.
    I have two questions....
Do I have your permissions to begin (hopefully) selling my songs and tracks on line?,
Can I create a link to your Website from mine to help (hopefully) in the promotion of your products?.
       Once again I thank you,
          Yours Faithfully
