New to the forums. I thought I posted this yesterday, but cannot find the post anywhere. I have searched the forums, and read through the manual.
When recording, is there anyway to change the peak meters on the mixer faders, from infinite-hold, to momentary-hold? It would make setting input levels much easier.
This seems like a very basic feature, and am not sure why I'm having such a hard time finding it - unless it is unchangeable.

You actually posted this on the Samplitude forum under EMLO and there was one reply.
I can't see any way to modify the behaviour of the mixer fader meter peak lines.
Instead of the mixer meter, did you try looking at the Visualization, Peak Meter and Loudness Meter? The peak level indicator change over time, as far as I can see.

Hi John CB, thanks for the reply, and for the link to the post in the other forum. I got lost between the two forums somehow.
The other meters are useful, but the problem is when I'm adjusting preamp settings when recording drums (9 inputs), It would be nice to not have to reset the meters constantly as I adjust the input levels.
I also looked around for a standalone metering program of some sort that could display the input levels of my audio interface (Soundcraft MTK) but I don't see such a thing. The Soundcraft control panel doesn't offer any metering unfortunately.
