Actually I have spent almost 25 years with music maker software. Still got all of my older versions and the first soundpool cd's.

Even got an xp machine wih cubase sx 3. Well here is my setup: PC win 7 64 bit, latest updates. Asus p8 h61 r20 w/ 16 Gb of Ram

nvidea gt 710 videocard and Maudio delta 1010 lt soundcard. Served me well the last 5 years.

While upgrading I had the list with addons and serials on the screen. No problem until I downloaded a soundpool.

The pc just froze...No access to keyboard or mouse, had to reset the pc. There is no way I can install any of the addons and serial

numbers are all gone exept for the two on the confirmation order. Any ideas?

Sendt an email to support too, but they did not have an answer.
