payment screw up

I just attempted to pay for Music Maker. $59.99. Your payment page screwed up and keep asking me to fill out info...4 times...I did that..4 times. My bank shows that you processed the payment...4 times. So I paid $240.00 for your $60.00 software.

I did not recieve a confirmation or serial number because your website shut down before anything transpired. I would like those as well. Or cancel everything, return my money and we can start over

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff. Also, since this is a public forum you should never post personal data, like your home and email addresses. Hence I have edited your post.

First, let me reassure you that it is almost certain that you have not actually been charged for any of your 4 purchases. Magix the company is based in the European Union and, under EU regulations, must require all online purchases paid by card be subject to “2 Factor Authentication”. You need to ask your bank/card issuer whether they are able to respond to this authentication requirement. If they do not you need to email infoservice@magix.net, explaining what has happened and asking for their advice on how to proceed.

Hi,

Further to what Jeff indicated, just so that you understand, you must have purchased Music Maker Premium Edition, as the program, Music Maker is free.

After purchasing, you receive an email with a link to download Music Maker (free) and a serial number (activation code) to be used after having installed Music Maker. Check your spam box.

You can install Music Maker by getting the Free version from Magix.com. Log in or Join (register if you do not already have an account with Magix). When you find your serial number, you can enter it - only once - in the box provided on the Welcome screen. Make sure that you a logged in first.
