I am trying to upgrade my Vegas to 18 using YOUR offer. Payment throws an error on YOUR system. How do I contact someone in YOUR company to answer a SPECIFIC question about why it keeps failing?

(1) searched your website
(2) checked the community - and followed up the links
(3) google'd for this information
All it does it send me either to endless links on your pages or to web pages on YOUR site that do NOT work -- as others have commented on.
Are your users so unimportant to you? My time is important too. Even Amazon learned that customer do NEED to make contact from time to time and opened their customer services instead of -- as you do --pushing the customer off in endless loops of unhelpful self-help or to community pages.
I need MAGIX help to solve a specific issue -- like NOW. Any chance you can offer me a customer service number to talk to a HUMAN to get this thing sorted.
