Paid, registered, same PC, same network NG

Paid for the software, registered and activated. Have not used it for two months. Now, it wants me to activate and register. Same PC, same network. I know that Magix does not have help. Is there some way this message can be transferred to them? I like the past products. I hate to give up on them as a company.
