Paid for Photostory 2016 bundle upgrade but

Hi I've just paid for Photostory 2016 bundle but the page came up with a note that it had crashed, however, the money is taken from my account but no products to download indowload centre, Ihad a message in German 

  "Ihre Transaktion wurde erfolgreich ausgefuhrt uind de Zahlung verbucht. Aufgrund eines technischen Problems konnen wir ihnen leider keine Online Quitlung zeigen. Falls Sie eine solche wunschen, bitten wir Sie Handler mit den untenstehenden Transakionsdetails zu kontaktieren. Fur allfalige Unannemlichkeiten bitten wir Sie um Entschuldigung.

Which I believe translates to 

your transaction has been successfully completed and the payment recorded but we can't give you a receipt - unfortunately you haven't given me product download access either. Pleasesort.

Sorry, you have to sort this out yourself by contacting sales at magix.com.
