Paid for license - verified in profile. Desktop App shows expired

chris-b wrote on 5/19/2022, 3:23 PM

I have a license paid through July, 2022. Desktop software shows as expired. Doesn't seem to be a way to change that. How do I get what I paid for?

Also, is something missing with "customer service?" There doesn't seem to be any way to create a help ticket. Even if you follow the support links - it results in nothing and no way to request help.

Hi

. . . .  if you follow the support links - it results in nothing and no way to request help . . . .

This usually results from not scrolling down to the bottom of each Support page where the options are available?

There is a Support article here on how to raise a Support ticket.
