hi! did you order it directly through magix? if so, then the izotope serial numbers are included in your confirmation email from when you made your purchase. often times with third party retailers, the bundled izotope software is not included, so if you did not buy a box version, or the version directly from magix, then you'll have to check with the retailer you purchased it from, as they are responsible for making this clear. also, if you purchased a bundle from magix, you will only get the bundled software of the main program in the bundle (for example, if you purchased the vegas bundle, then you only get serial numbers for the software normally packaged with vegas, not for all of the other programs in the bundle. if you did buy it from magix, recheck your confirmation email for the number, and write magix if you don't see it, or need it again. i hope this helps!
