Ozone 9 elements not working after update to 16.1?

Ozone 9 elements fails to load...tried reinstalling, no luck! Any help would be urgently & very much appreciated

Confirm the folder path is listed as one of the in "Options> Preferences> VST Effects" VST search folders. The VST-3 folder is in "Program Files> Common Files". Then click the 'Refresh' button in "Options> Preferences> VST Effects" window.
64 bit VST-2 plug-ins are often installed to the "Program Files> Steinberg" folder. 32 bit VSTs in "Program Files (x86)> Steinberg".
