I downloaded the monthly payment option for Vegas 365. I've had it for 2 months now. I guess my debit card expired, so I got LOCKED out of my software. I went to open sony vegas just now and it has green checkboxes next to my Serial and email address, but when I click Activate and Register it has error code -14. I went to the website and updated my VISA #. And it still won't do anything. I think I've been charged twice now. Still isnt letting me activate. Is there a # to call or LIVE Chat?
Outdated Debit Card. Can't open software now.
