Hello I had purchased vita saxophonia but due to hard disc crash i lost it. I redownloaded it but the activation code and the order number does not work for it. I did not get any proper support from Magix. It was very confusing..Magix is asking me to repurchase it. Kindly help
@phalke2001 Probably a misunderstanding? It could be that they deactivated the license servers because everything that has to do with Vita Instruments was moved to the in-app-store of Music Maker.
Send them your order confirmation and ask them for a coupon code for the Music Maker in-app-store.
Uninstall the Instrument from Windows.
Download and install Music Maker Free Edition, open the in-app-store, get Saxophonia with your coupon for free. Download and install it. You can then use the instrument again in Samplitude.
This requires at least version 2020 or newer of Samplitude Music Studio and version X5 or newer of Samplitude Pro if I remember it correctly.
