i placed the order, my money was taken, the product 'Symphonic Rock - Complete Bundle' was never downloaded into my magix program. i checked the 'my products page' and it shows that i ordered it but never got the downloaded program. what do i do now? there is no product support person's email that i can contact. the product support page sent me here. why is it always the one piece that you really want that things go wrong? how do i get the program or my money back?
