I didn't receive confirmation and I hesitate to order again using my credit card without an explanation on what happened with my order dated Nov. 15, 2020. Amount of purchase was $54.98, included download version plus backup. It would be helpful if you had a posted customer service phone number. Please alert me on status.

My only suggestion is to email sales@magix.net with full details and ask what is happening. I wonder whether the fact you also ordered the disc backup has somehow delayed things?
