Operating multicam feature

As I use the feature I keep getting audio delay. Either before or after the person speaks. I tried using one source audio track but that didn't work either. The problem occurs when I switch from one camera to another. What should I do?

I have found that you have to sync up the 2 videos to start at the same time. If they were shot with the same kind of camer's they should sync up. Then chose one sound track to use by turning off the audio track on one of the channels.
