Opera x64 and pdf docs

Hi - so far I'm a novice and I appreciate advice in this task -

Linking pdf docs ok but accessing docs from Opera does result in a download window. You have to store before reading. Fair enough but it's a step backward compared to MS Edge with inbuilt PDF reader.
Are there any options/solutions that Opera might behave more like Edge ??

@Erik-Skogstad

Hi

. . . . Are there any options/solutions that Opera might behave more like Edge . . .

Not that you can implement from your website.

This is an Opera issue, the PDF preview setting is turned off by default.

Opera users have to turn the PDF preview option on to be able to preview any PDF files.

ps

Hi John - Had to dig a little. Native Opera has no "setting" for PDF viewing. PDF viewer is an addon based on Chromium. Seach for "Chromium pdf viewer" and through Google you get right to the site to download/install the addon for Opera.

I don't know if I can include a link but the info string is a good substitute. You can't miss.
