Onscreen Keyboard is zoomed does not fit in box

MMguy wrote on 12/14/2017, 10:30 AM

Hi I have the New Premium version of MM downloaded 12-12-2017 I noticed the keyboard on the bottom of the program has a keyboard but it seems there is a glitch in that the keyboard is zoomed in and does not fit in the window. I tried to use the zoom slide to make it unzoomed but it does not work or do anything. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Hi,

Can you post a screen shot? Did you try pressing F4?

By zoom slider, do you mean the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom, or the slider to increase/decrease the width?

Here it is there seems to be no way to make it smaller I tried the slider presently behind the sound area.. I don't see any other slider.. I also tried f4 I found the slider on the very bottom and was able to slide the one on the right of the keyboard it makes it smaller but sill does not fit completely within the keyboard box. The other thing I noticed is the keyboard does not respond to mouse clicks.

Thanks,

Did you update to the latest patch?

Did you try closing the Media Pool (upper right button or F2)?

It looks like you extended the right side of the keyboard window to the right and then clicked on the Media Pool, but F4 should fix that.

I updated the program yes but did not fix that. I did everything you mentioned still it has not fixed it. It was extended even when I first installed it.

When you turn off the Media pool, do you see the entire keyboard or is it still cut off?
