Only 8 tracks limit with Music Maker Premium 2020??

Hi, I've just installed MMM Premium 2020 from disc, I've opened up the program and it'll only let me add 8 tracks. If I try and add anymore I get a message telling me to purchase "More tracks and formats" from the online store. Surely this can't be right for a premium edition? I thought the 8 tracks only limit was for the free version of MMM? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

You need to ensure you have entered your serial key for the Premium edition. Once this is done all the features of that edition, including the facility to access and use more than 8 tracks, will be available.

Hi Jeff, thanks for replying. I've registered it on my Magix account on the My Products section and entered the serial number and it comes up as the premium version. So I don't know what else I can do really?

Hi, please ignore the two previous posts! I reinstalled the sofware, opened it and it asked me to activate the software, which I did. It then downloaded all the extra content, including having more than 8 tracks per song. Thanks for all your help.
