older versions upgrade?

Hi great forum members,

just a short question: is tere any upgrade of Sound forge 8 or 9 for windows 10? or i have to buy the latest SF to use under windows 10?

As I recall earlier versions of SF will run in Win 7, 8 & 10. SF-11 (at least the latest builds) need Win 7 or later. FWIW, SCS (Sony Creative Software) screwed up SF-11. The plug-in chainer and record GUI are a mess now IMO. I'd stick with an earlier version if possible. Check out the SF11 demo, it may appeal to some, though the basic layout is the same since the beginning (SF-3 when I first encountered it).
