Probably unlikely. There are comments that say people can't get it to work in Windows 8 and Windows 7. Certainly not in 64 bit systems even with an old OS like Vista 64. However you could try compatibility mode and see if there any option there which might get it to work.

Music Maker 12 deluxe will not work on Windows 10.

Windows 10 is a totally different operating system to XP, for which the program was certified to run on, so much so that you may not even be able to install the program.
