@Wiggo-Ludvigsen Hello! This is just a user forum. You can contact sales support at infoservice@magix.net but it is very likey that you wont get an answer before next week.

Usually you cannot put a product into the shopping cart, if you don't have a required product registerd to your customer account. For example, you cannot buy a price reduced upgrade if you don't already own a previous, non-free version.
