Also, please keep in mind that simply having acquired the support for more than eight project tracks will not automatically add more tracks to your current project. It will simply give you the option to use more than eight tracks in a project. The number of tracks can then be configured in the project settings. You can reach these via the "Help" menu => "Settings" sub menu, or via the hotkey A from the Music Maker main screen.
I have purchased, downloaded, and registered the Premium Edition and I still do not have the option for more that 8 tracks in the Project - Settings. I even removed and re-installed the software. I have copied my serial number in the correct boxes and my account shows that I have purchased the Premium Edition. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you unlocked the functions in the store? As written above. ^
Hi Larry...Yes. I clicked on the Activate option, and put my serial number into the box, and clicked Activate. I got a box that said "You already own all content from this serial number. You can download this from the Store." Am I headed in the right direction?
. . . . . You can download this from the Store. . . . .
That is your next step, clcik the Gear on the Store pane you should then see an option to download all purchased content. Once you have downloaded and installed the content, restart Music Maker and all should be there.
Hi John. Thanks.. Went to the store, clicked on Download All Content. There is nothing to download. Previously (the first time I went through this) There was items to download. Which I did. But now, the button is there that says "Download All", but the large center box has nothing in it. Appreciate the help! I assume that it has been downloaded. I can try a re-boot, but I have already done that as well. rog
Just to make sure, you are looking under Project Settings, General tab, and not Program Settings?
One more thing, for things like More Features in the Store, many are a 2-step process: Download followed by Install. You may have downloaded but not installed.
You may have to go back to the Store, More Features, and look at More Tracks & Formats. It should say "Acquired" on the screen when you click on More Tracks & Formats. What do you see on this screen?
BTW, I have a few tutorials on Getting Started in MMM2019 that you might want to check out so that you see the process and the screens. The first one is at:
Thanks John, Yes - I went to File - Settings - Project Settings - General Tab. Two radio buttons, 4 tracks, 8 tracks are the only thing displayed.
I went to the Store, clicked on the wheel, and unfortunately I do not have an option for More Features with More Tracks and Formats. My shown options are: Show Purchased Items Always Show Prices Log into Store Activate Edition Redeem Coupon Download all purchased content Soundpool Format
Thanks for your help, I will check the vids as you suggest. rog
Ah! You definitely want to look at Larry's tutorial and my video tutorials. More Soundpools, More Presets, More Features, etc., are not under the gear.
Mine actually says "More Features" - but under that I have to select the "More Tracks and Formats" Package, and then use one of my "free" Package Coupons (came with the Premium purchase) to "purchase" the package. When you use the coupon there is no actual payment .. it shows zero owed.
That is what I needed to do.. I got it now!
I want to thank to you so very very much. I am an absolute newbie at this and am ready to start learning. I appreciate you and everyone's assistance and time so very much!! Thank you!!! I am on my way now. Best to All rog
Then you definitely should look at all 3 of my tutorials on Getting Started in MM.
Most of us had previous versions of MM, thus activating older versions automatically gave us most of the features and we didn't have to use the coupons for those.
Use your coupons wisely, especially for instruments and Soundpools, as you can't easily undo a purchase.
