now i can't oper File on my Acid Explorer

hello i got new computer install ACID and some Plug-in almost every thing is working good only now i can't oper File on my Acid Explorer not shure if i did something wrong 😐 i cant even drag and drop

Mujo, a couple of questions:

1. Are those MP3 files? If yes, Acid Pro has a bug that needs fixing. Nothing will make them work.

2. If they are wave files and are not opening. Do a clean un-install (Remove everything from Magix). Restart PC and re-install AcidPro10. Try opening the files to see if they work.

3. Have you tried all different types of files from different folders and not just the folder you are showing?
