Some versions of SF have issues after some Win 10 updates. I've had to do 'the registry tweak' many times for Pro 10. SF Pro 12 and 13 have been OK though.. See this Elevated Privileges thread or search for other posts on this here. I do not know much about this issue with the SF AS. (Audio Studio) versions.

Without delving into the registry you can try enabling 'Run as Admistrator in <.exe> file or shortcut's compatibility settings. Of course you could uninstall-reinstall but the reg would need to be cleaned, so use a third-party Uninstaller (Revo Uninstall for instance).
