Not recieving mail

Hello -

I switched my domain to my magix website maker account and am not receiving my mail.

The domain HAS propagated as it is no being redirected to my new Magix website,

I have tried making two different mailboxes, neither are receiving, but they do send out.

The real problem is that it is my most important address I use for business and it always takes so long long for Magix to reply to support questions -

I'm kinda panicked here - any ideas?
