Not playing SONG AFTER LOADING & WONT RECORD

MY PROGRAM WAS WORKING BEFORE (PERFECTLY), MY SISTER PLAYED AROUD ON IT & HASN'T WORKED SINCE.IT WILL LET ME LOAD THE SONG, BUT THEN IT EITHER WONT PLAY OR IT WILL ATTEMPT TO AND STOP. ALSO IT WONT LET ME RECORD EITHER. I CLICK RECORD AND IT TELLS ME IT CAN'T. I HAVENO IDEA WHATS GOING ON. BEEN TRYING TO FIX IT BUT NO LUCK .. THANKS IN ADVANCE

What is the Music Maker version? and what is your operating system (Windows XP. Vista. Windows 7/8/8.1)

Did you try default settings File, Settings, Reset. (in case of default settings all your present setting will be gone).

If you have already tried default setting then please try re-installing.

If you are willing to reinstall do as follows:

First clear your browser's history and cookies. Then re-install Music Maker when installation is completed restart computer and check if Music Maker work normally or not.

i dont see settings under files. i have Samplitude Music Studio MX - thats all it says!!! but yeah I do not have settings under file ???and I can't reinstall b/c i no longer have the program.

Don't know if this helps , but Nihon is on right track....he usually is....BUT....can you at least load ando pen whatever Magix you have ? If yo can, then hit "P" key to open program settings, there you will find all the default settings that might save your stuff...you may have to look around a little bit, but I ain't going to spoon feed you. You will also find under Misc. three buttons BUYS.....BUOS.....BUTS....these are respectively, Blow up Younger sister, Blow up Older sister, ,and finally Blow up Twin sister....you failed to provide enough info. Choose wisely as there is no go back
