Not able to redeem coupon code

I had received a coupon code after signing up for Producer Planet but I am not able to redeem the code when I try to check out an item, how can I get this solved?

@JSandhu It might only be valid for one Magix Soundpool and not for a loop pack from another label. Please read the e-mail with your coupon thoroughly for details.
