not able to import project from MMJ Android to MMJ Windows v2.3

I followed the steps given here to import and export project from android to windows but when I try to import to windows MMJ It's giving me this error:"the project cannot be imported. it is either in an invalid format or is damaged"

Those instruction refer to the version 1 of MMJAM and are not relevant to version 2.

Like you, I cannot import Android MMMJAM v2 projects into the windows version of the app - it gives me the same error message as you have described.

If you have Music Maker 2016 it does import Android MMMJAM projects direct from the phone.

Connect the phone to your computer then in MMM select File, Import, Music Maker Jam project

Click the search button in the dialog and browse to the Phone, Music folder and select the project.

MMM will import the project and download the required soundpools used.
