Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

First, please do not POST IN CAPITALS! It is considered to be the forum version of SHOUTING and will not endear you to other users.

There should be no need to cancel your subscription; rather you need to go to your Magic Account, log in, go to My Products and find the entry for Simplitec Power Suite. It is likely to show you have two activations still listed. Assuming one of them is for your old laptop, choose the option to deactivate that one (or all that are listed if none are still needed).

Then try again to activate the installation on your new computer.
