Yes, if the NR 2.0 restoration suite is installed (which is a Direct X plug-in btw), it should be available in Audio Studio. I am not sure though if the 32 bit NR-2.0 will work in 64 bit AS. Some 32 bit Direct X plug-ins work on 64 bit SF and some do not. If need be though, you can install the x86 version of AS, Both versions will coexist without issue, share a many of the settings and do not count as two installations. The later versions of the NR-2 pack are available in both 64 and 32 bit.

Addendum, to satisfy my curiosity, the legacy NR-2.0 Sony restoration pack worked in all in the versions of Sound Forge I tried, Pro 10 through Pro16 and Audio Studio 15 and 16, both x86 and x64 versions.
