Noise Reduction 2.0 License issue

We've had a massive computer upgrade at work, and just been re-installing Sony Sound Forge 9 on relevant PC's. I had Noise Reduction 2.0 Full version installed on my old computer, but when I try to access it on the new one, it's asking for a serial number, which I can't find anywhere. I've checked on my old PC, which has a type of serial number on there, but it's way too short to fit in the field.

I've tried contacting Magix support, but they said I'd have to get in contact with Sony. Tried trawling the web for answers, but all Sound Forge support leads me straight back to Magix. So I'm at a loss.

Is there anyway I can extract the Noise Reduction license somehow from my old PC to the new one?
If not, who would be the best support to contact for a solution?

If you recall your SCS log-in info, your old Sonic Foundry/SCS serial numbers should be in the "Magix Service Center> My Products" as well in the 'SCS My Software archives'. The NR-2.0 suite serial numbers I have starts w/ 3L followed by 18 characters 3L-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX.

btw, Sound Forge Pro 14 also includes the iZotope 'RX Elements' restoration suite which has tools like the legacy. NR-2.0.
