No Voucher Code

I purchased MAGIX Music Maker Premium Edition 2021 ESD through Dell.com. Received a product key but no Voucher code or Serial number. I cant register the software or download. Now what?

The product key is the serial number I assume. There are no voucher codes offered with the product.

That's what I thought, But how do I download. I cant get pass the registration on Magix site with out the voucher code it prompts for.
