After I installed SP3 I cannot see any film in the preview screen. Everything worked ok before this. My DV camcorder works with the remote buttons on the DV capture card ok so I know it is connected ok but it will not show the film and when I open the captured file it is empty.  PLEASE CAN YOU HELP???
