No Upgrade option for MusicMaker 15 on Win7 64bit

I own a normal copy of MusicMaker 15, about a year ago I decided to pay online an duse the download option withing this to bump it to the Premium version.

 

No I have a new machine running Win7 64bit, and I do not even have the op tion to "go Premium", jsut what the hell is going on...ive paid good money over the years for lots of magix stuff, is theire a work around?

You need to direct your concerns to MAGIX tech support on their main website.

 

This is a USER's forum, and we have no comtrol over those kinds of issues.

 

My guess is you shouldn't have waited until after they released their next version (MM-16).

The version you bought may or may not be directly Win 7 compatible, but either way should run, albeit

in compatibility mode if necessary.  The simplest option is Magix support. Get the download links once more

if you need them. The upgrade to Premium should be under help though, and would require your code that

you bought, then you can proceed to download the extra features.
