If you have recently re-installed the program or added the program to a new computer, you may not get the last version of the program you had when it was installed and updated while you were within the one year of your service contract as described on their website here.

We are also only a user forum and as such there are no Magix staff present on the forums. They do not interact here.

. . . . Video Deluxe 15 . . . I cannot update the programm with the latest versions.. . . .

If you mean:

  1. Video Deluxe 15 released in 2009, and you are trying to patch it to the last update for that version there are no further patches available, this program version is no longer supported.
     
  2. You are trying to upgrade to Video Deluxe 2022 on the same computer as VideoDeluxe 15 is installed on then there may be a compatibility issue.

What is your computer specification, Windows version and program version, see this topic for what is required and please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full.
