No Track option and cant extract tracks when marked

When looking at the tutorials there is an option for handling tracks, but I'm not seeing that option at all on my interface (I have only Import, Cleaning, Mastering and Export). I used markers with both keyboard shortcut and with flag icon to mark "chapters" from a large imported audio and used export option to "export each track as a separate file" but nothing I do will allow me to export each separate file. Any advice?

Which tutorial is this?

You have posted in the Video Sound Cleaning Lab (VSCL) forum, is this the software you are using- if not the full name and version of the program can be found under Help, About.

If so the program is VSCL, then as the name suggests it is for video audio cleaning and does not have the capability to export each track as a separate file.
