no start up, only error 24 , no short cut to open Acid studio 11

I paid for this program back in august of 2020, i've had this issue on and off. I now do not have the short cut or any program file to open the program without it trying register my product even though its already registered. what registry file am I missing? Why didnt i i get a option for an icon when i re installed it? btw windows 10

Hey zuz, before trying anything, do a clean un-install (use revo uninstaller free) and re-install. During the installation, you will see if you want an icon on desktop, you may have just missed it and clicked next. Once all done, it will again ask for reactivation, do it but it should be OK after that. See if that works.

I just can't find anywhere to talk to this company. You guys are useless. I need a re activation. I registered it in August. Its not in my product page. On my pc it says its already registered, and on the site it says it doesn't exist.

These are user to user forums, so any reply you receive is dependent upon another being able to offer advice.

To be told you guys are useless is therefore to almost guarantee that no further advice or help will be given.

@johnebaker has directed you to the Support article about the error code. Did you read it and follow its advice? What happened if you did?

Which site says the product doesn't exist? Your Magix account is the place to check for products you have previously purchased and registered, so, did you register it when it was first installed?

Have you tried to create a Support ticket?

Rather than engaging in potentially defamatory ranting why not help us to help you?
