No soundpool or samples in Magix

despite uninstalling three and reinstalling three times from my installation CD(MAGIX 2017) and having registered it with my email address after the second install I have no soundpool or samples and it keeps trying install the same update time and time again.

OS windows 10

8 GB memory

Try re-installing following this procedure. - it also applies if you did not upgrade from Windows 7 or 8, or upgraded to the Windows 10 Anniversary and/or Creator updates Microsoft have/are pushing out to Windows 10 users.
