No sound when loaded completed files

When loading completed files back into Acid Pro 11 there is no volume, all the levels are showing but no sound. Samples can be heard but when loaded onto existing file they cannot. have deleted and reloaded Acid pro 11 but no change. Was working fine earlier today ??

@Jon-Bushaway I recommend not to use MP3 files, but standard WAV files, to prevent problems caused by audio compression.

Next, you can reset the program settings. Hold CTRL and SHIFT and double click on the program icon to start ACID. Keep holding CTRL and SHIFT until a small window appears that will ask you if you want to reset the program settings.

Ok will try that in the morning

these are the acid generated files before they are rendered to mp3 however
