Hello everybody,

I need help with my programms. I have no sound on Samplitude Music Studio. When I am usind it I can t hear anything no matter what I am doing. I can see the volume is showing input but I can not hear a thing.

I use the programm Samplitude Music Studio for some time and everything was good. I made a break from using it and after that it does not work( I can not hear anything even if the volume is showing me sounds). The funny thing is that I have also Magix Movie Score Edition and it is the same thing: no sounds. The PC have sounds and everything is OK with it. (windows 10).

Please help and thank you for your support!

Hi

. . . . Samplitude Music Maker . . . .

Which program are you using Samplitude Music Studio or Magix Music Maker?

Hi

In Music Maker program setting Audio/Midi tab check that the program is using the Magix low latency 2016 or Magix ASIO driver (Music Maker 2023) and under the Advanced settings the audio device input and outputs are selected see examples below.

If the Magix Low Latency driver does not work and you do not have the Magix ASIO driver option of those work then download and install ASIO4All and use this as the audio driver in the program settings.

Audio Studio should have similar settings.

No sound in exported mp3 from Music Studio. Also export dialog completely confusing. It used to be very simple.

@janthyer

Have you already followed the advice given by @johnebaker in his post earlier in this thread? With what result?

Do you mean that any mp3 you export from Samplitude Music Studio (which version, by the way) contains no audio, i.e., it is a completely blank file of 0 bytes?

Depending on the ASIO driver you use, you only have sound in Samplitude. For example, drivers like Magix Low Latency and ASIO4ALL will block all other programs from accessing the sound device of your computer. You first need to close Samplitude to listen to your MP3 files in a media player. Or listen to them in Samplitude instead.
