No sound from open projects.

My engineer sent me some records over from his samplitude prox6 to my samplitude prox7suite and when I open the tracks they're silent. The project and meters work but there is no sound. Has anybody encountered these troubles before? Does anybody know how to resolve this issue? Thank you!

@joe-l Which audio driver are you using? You need to select the audio outputs ion the driver settings. Be also sure to set the monitoring mode to Mixer FX Monitoring / Hybrid Engine. Then check that your tracks are not muted or in solo mode.

I'm using focusrite scarlett2i2. Is there a YouTube link I can go to or a manual I can read?

@joe-l You can get the PDF manual from the Help menu. I also use a Focusrite Scarlett (But a 2i4). You need to open the System options (for example by pressing Y on your keyboard) and under Audio select the Focusrite ASIO driver and set the monitoring mode by moving the slider completely to the rightmost position.
