No sound from new install

Hello,

I have installed Music Maker premium 2022 onto a new Windows PC. When starting playback for a project there is no sound coming from the program. I have updated the program with latest patch and adjusted the Audio settings as per the instruction manual. The only change that happened was a horrible static sound coming from the right hand channel when the WASPI driver is selected as per the instruction manual. The left hand channel has some audio but it to sounds awful. How can this be fixed ???

Cheers,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

@Anne-Maree-Zemancheff You need to configure your audio driver in the program settings. Have you tried Direct Sound instead of WASAPI? It should work fine if you just work with audio loops. You can try and increase the playback buffer size below the audio driver selection if your playback stutters and crackles. If you want to record audio an ASIO driver is recommended. You can select Magix Low Lantency as the ASIO driver. Click on the "Advanced..." button and on the wrench button and activate all inputs and outputs you want to use.
