I am having the same old issue where no sound comes out of playing the instruments. The audio preview for the instruments however is playing normally and I can hear it, but no the actual instruments when I try to clean the buttons. I tried all the different options under audio/midi. I have no idea why this keep happening everytime, this recent occurrence happened after the update.

EDIT: The sound works again when I created a new project, I am using direct sound for anyone wondering.
