Hopefully, yes, but not without a great deal more information from you!

First, please read this post and give us ALL the information requested there, including the exact version number and variant of MM you are using.

Then, post here a screenshot of the Audio/MIDI tab of the Program Settings screen.

Once we have all that information we may well be able to offer you some helpful advice.
