Welcome to the Sound Forge community @kyle-carey

You are not giving us much to go on.
Do you mean speakers AND headphones? If speakers playback normally but headphones do not, that has nothing to do with SF and the problem is with your soundcard settings or PC hardware.

If there is no sound at all: do sound files load and display a waveform on the timeline? Do the channel meters show activity on playback?

If everything else appears normal, you could try changing the 'Audio device'. Classic Wave Driver' and MS Sound Mapper is usually trouble free. I'm not sure about AS (Audio Studio) but the audio device settings for SF Pro are in "Options> Preferences> Audio"

@kyle-carey

Did you check those "Audio Device" settings that @rraud mentions? The solution is almost certain to be found there!
