Just started with the Audio clean lab to convert vinyl. Have connected the turntable white and red pins to the little box which in turn is connected to the pc via the suplied USB cable. Red light on the box blinks while playing. But on the 'record' screen it says 'to low signal' - no sound can be heard when I connect headphones to the little box. Seems like ntohing comes through the box. Any suggstions?

If you bought the pre-amp as part of a Magix application, depending on which version you purchased, the pre-amp will either have 1 or 2 switches near the headphone output jack. If it is recent probably only 1. Try changing the switch setting to see if you get any audio and let us know.

A beginners error I think: I had opened the program before I connected the USB and the other cables. Everything worked fine when I connected the cables and the little Magix box before I stared the program.
All fine.
