Hello I've recently purchased the Music Maker 22, however it's not showing up under my products, nor did I receive the serial number to register the product.

I presume that you purchased Music Maker 2022 Premium Edition as Music Maker 2022 is free. Correct?
You should have received an email with the serial number right after purchase. Did you check your spam/junk box?
Before activating, you have to install Music Maker 2022, the program, by either installing from the Free button on the Magix site or by clicking on the installer link in the email - they both get exactly the same thing as there is only 1 version of Music Maker. Once you have it installed, login or register. Then, you can put in your serial number for the Edition that you purchased followed by downloading and installing everything under the Downloads tab/button.

Thank you so much, i've done what you've suggested. However now it's still showing as the Free Version, I didn't see a prompt to enter the serial number to activate my device. Any help is greatly appreciated.
